OUR BIOCLIMATIC PERGOLAS, NOW IN THE BIM LIBRARY.

The first meeting with journalists took place at 10 a.m., where our colleague Francisco Mollar, along with Martín, presented La Sombra de Berasategui to around thirty professionals who were in attendance. This is a series produced by Saxun about the most important chef in Spain, and some episodes are already available at www.lasombradeberasategui.com.

Several media outlets were present, including Radio Nacional de España, Telva, Elle, Arquitectura y Diseño, 20 Minutos, Hola and Semana, and they were very interested to hear about the project that is creating such a buzz in the industry.

At the end of the press conference, from 12 p.m. onwards, there was a round table entitled "Saxun + Berasategui: Architectural Perspectives in Horeca Spaces", where our colleague Antonio Pascual shared the stage with the economics journalist Inmaculada López Vadillo and Martín himself.

At this second event of the day, more than one hundred architecture professionals reflected on the needs of the hotel industry and the possibilities that this industry opens up at a time when it is in full growth.

At the end of the day, all attendees were able to enjoy lunch and share their opinions about the series and the Saxun products designed for the hotel and hospitality industry.

A unique event that will be the first of many organised by us.
