CONVIVE26: an afternoon to celebrate and share together

Once again this year, we have held our much-anticipated CONVIVE, the annual get-together that brings the Giménez Ganga family together at our headquarters in Sax.

A chance to meet up again, share, laugh, dance, sing, play and, above all, have fun together. Because CONVIVE26 reminded us once again that our universe is made up of many people, many worlds and a single shared dream.

This year, the event took on a new vibe and was filled with a festive, summery atmosphere. To avoid the high temperatures, the event was moved to the afternoon and our premises were transformed into a space for festivities, music and fun, ready to welcome colleagues from the Sax head office in Alicante and from branches across the rest of Spain.

The company’s premises were transformed into a fun fair, with stilt walkers welcoming us and inviting us to take part in the various attractions, such as archery, strength tests, games of skill, arcade games and areas designed to ensure we had a good time right from the start.

And of course, we couldn’t miss out on a souvenir photo with our colleagues in the photo booth – a must-do stop to take home a fun snap of a special afternoon.

To whet their appetites, guests were treated to a carefully curated selection of cheeses – a table brimming with flavours, textures and colours – which gradually gave way to a wonderful communal dinner. The harbour area was completely transformed into a huge dining hall where everyone could celebrate together.

During dinner, one of the most eagerly awaited moments also took place: the prize draw. Twelve prizes for twelve lucky winners, chosen from among all the colleagues who took part in this latest edition of CONVIVE.

Dinner drew to a close to the strains of ‘Mambo Giménez Ganga’, but the evening still had its highlight in store: a performance by the Gran Orquesta Maxims, one of the most prominent bands on the Spanish festival and street party circuit.

As part of their Maxims Party Tour, the orchestra stopped off in Saxun to treat us to a spectacular live performance, a brilliant stage show and an energetic set list that had us dancing non-stop. Six singers and dancers, accompanied by a full band, turned the evening into a real party.

The festival atmosphere was rounded off with glitter glass, neon colours, glitter and plenty of sparkle, elevating every make-up look to the level of a major summer festival. CONVIVE26 was an afternoon and evening spent unwinding, reconnecting and remembering that, beyond the day-to-day, it is people who bring us together. Every smile, every greeting and every “see you later” form part of that shared world that we continue to build together.
