Shedding light on the subject, the episode that completes the series The Shadow of Berasategui

This documentary series on Berasategui comes to an end, and as Martín is a man of principles, nothing seemed better than to close with an epilogue in which he himself could defend these principles and explain himself at length. Because there are issues that we as a society seem to be unclear about, and there is no one better than him to shed light on them.

Shedding light on the subject, the episode that completes the series The Shadow of Berasategui
The Shadow of Berasategui is back, a series produced by Saxun, which stars award-winning chef Martín Berasategui.

We started this exciting adventure with Martin years ago, and together we have walked a path in which we are proud to be "his shadow".

During all this time, in Martín, we have found a friend, a colleague and a successful contributor, who has advised us on the equipment used in the exciting world of catering, as only an advisor and top specialist could.

Now, we return to be his Shadow, in a fifth and final instalment of the series "La Sombra de Berasategui" (The Shadow of Berasategui).

An epilogue entitled "Shedding light", in which our good friend Martín shows us his principles, drawing attention to some issues that we seem to have forgotten or do not have so clear.

A pertinent wake-up call on "New habits at the table", which prevent us from conversing as a family, the abuse of "Ultra-processed food", to the detriment of home-cooked food and making the most of it.

Martín also refutes the hackneyed phrase "Lack of time", and, although he knows that in some cases it is complicated, he recommends that we find enough time to cook or eat together. And, it ends by reminding us that you should “Educate at home”, the place where children should learn to eat healthily.

Thank you Martin for always passing on to us your desire to overcome whatever obstacle, "your desire to eat the world".
Even if this series’ spotlights go out, we will always be "The Shadow of Berasategui".

Now we enjoy things a little more and we dare to make one of his maxims our own: “Mucho garrote” (“Push on forward”).
