Collection and automatic processing of data by the browser

We gather information through web forms, social media networks and so on in order to provide a better level of service to all of our users. We generally ask for personal information such as the name, fiscal identification code, postal address, email address and telephone number of a user in order to store this information in our files.

The personal data that are subject to processing will not be used for purposes other than those which are outlined here or, if applicable, by another document or contract which links both parties with specific conditions.

Unless express consent is given by users, there will be no transfer or communication of data to third parties not provided for in the GDPR.

The Data Controller will adopt measures to ensure that any person that acts under their authority and has access to personal data may only process these data under the instructions of said Data Controller, unless obliged to do so under the provisions of Union law or Member State law.
