A few days ago, at our central facilities in Sax, we had the privilege of hosting a very special conference: "Master the Sun. Sustainability and Innovation in Solar Protection", organised together with the Territorial College of Architects of Alicante (CTAA).
A meeting designed to share vision, knowledge and solutions with about fifty architects committed to a more efficient, aesthetic and healthy design.
The day began with a reception and a visit to our showroom, where attendees were able to get an overview of our main solutions for Solar Protection, Enclosures and Decoration of spaces.
An experience that allowed to know closely how technology and design are integrated in each of our products: Bioclimatic pergolas, lattices, awnings, glass curtains, among other solutions such as blinds or roof and wall cladding.
Technical inspiration for responsible projects
The main focus of the day was the technical presentation given by our Projects Director, Antonio Pascual, who delved into the importance of solar control in architecture.
A speech that addressed the efficient and technical application of solutions in real projects, highlighting key aspects such as energy efficiency, thermal and optical comfort and aesthetic versatility, through a real calculation of the solar factor in each space, and the parameters to be taken into account to achieve real comfort and well-being, so demanded in today's building.
A very participative talk, in which there was a real interest on the part of the professionals to correctly apply the Solar Protection solutions that contribute to respond to this demand, in addition to meeting the recent requirements of the new Technical Building Code (CTE) to avoid overheating of the spaces.
Our sales and technical team accompanied the day, resolving doubts and providing value in every interaction.
Design and innovation, at the service of architecture
The visit continued in two of our 12 production halls, where the sector professionals discovered key processes such as the horizontal lacquering of aluminium slats and the automated production of aluminium and PVC joinery systems.
They were also able to learn about the development of our PVC laboratory and the quality tests to which we submit our solutions.
We add knowledge, generate synergies
This type of conference allows us to connect industrial development processes with the real needs of professionals. They are spaces in which ideas arise, links are strengthened and opportunities are generated to continue advancing towards a more conscious and efficient architecture.
