In particular, we invite you to take a look at the recent reconstruction of the prestigious Baimbridge Secondary School, which has benefited from an impressive installation of our Louvers to enhance part of its façade and protect it from the excessive sun and heat of the Caribbean.
Specifically, this project has involved the vertical installation of our R4 Louvers, in two sizes: R4 200 and R4 300, all in a striking yellow RAL 1003 Matt.
They are arranged on two buildings in the shape of a rectangle, to protect and shade the interior of the rooms. A brand-new building with bold and environmentally friendly architecture, including a large terrace on top of one of its halls.
This part of the large educational complex is used as a canteen and social hall for pupils and teachers, with a capacity for a thousand people. Protected from the sun when it is time to enjoy playtime and lunch time, in a comfortable way, thanks to the sun protection system provided by the louvers that cover all the walls.
This project is part of a total restructuring of this secondary education academy in this privileged area of the Caribbean. An educational entity that was created in 1965 and that continues to grow and is committed to sustainable solutions to face its future.
And it is in today's architecture that the concepts of energy saving, sustainability, and the greenhouse effect are of utmost importance and must be considered in any new project or remodelling work.
