As we have already mentioned over the last few months, Martín Berasategui is fully involved in our project to create bioclimatic spaces capable of naturally regulating their own ambient temperature.
This collaborative work over recent months has helped us in our aim to create a school of thought in the industry that will bring Spanish restaurants closer to a sustainable way of providing a perfect gastronomic experience.
In Martín’s own words: “this country allows us to enjoy natural light all year round, so we must aspire to integrate this element into the dining experience. We can use it to supplement the gastronomic experience and turn it into a competitive advantage for the entire sector”.
And to culminate this work of so many months, we have decided to launch the platform “LaSombradeBerasategui.com“, a website created to share the chef’s experiences and reflections on fine dining, his inspirations and his distinctive vision of space as an essential ingredient in a ten-star gastronomic experience.
This project is divided into five chapters, presented individually and spaced out over time, and is one of the industry’s first examples of transmedia corporate communication.
The series can be followed on all of our social media platforms and has a very clear intention: to establish Saxun as a benchmark brand for solar protection for the hospitality sector.
